An application has been made by Ptarmigan Staplegrove Ltd on behalf of the landowners for
approval of Reserved Matters for the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following outline approval 34/16/0007 for the northern ecological buffer, public open space, drainage and landscaping for Staplegrove West Phase 1. Application reference is 34/22/0011 which can also be found on our "Further Information" page together with a link to the planning dept website.
Essentially this is an application to keep the approved outline application alive which would otherwise have lapsed later this month. It prepares the way for house building in Staplegrove West by providing planting and other necessary work in order to conform with the SW&T Site Allocations and Development Management Plan (SADMP)
Public on-line consultation period runs until 22nd April 2022

Redrow withdraw both applications 34/19/0035 & 0036.
After a lengthy period of silence of nearly 6 months and also, perhaps, after a pertinent question asked by RoSAG at a recent online meeting with SW&T case officer Simon Fox the planning officer wrote to Redrow to question their position. In reply Redrow have formally withdrawn both applications to include the Spine Road and Phase 1a (173 dwellings).
The approved outline application 34/16/0007 (Staplegrove West) still stands at the moment but will lapse this April. The applicant,Ptarmigan Staplegrove Ltd, can re apply for permission but it will be subject to the current rules and regulations in place in which case there is no guarantee it will meet approval
